About Our Staff
Crystal Wooden is our Director of Nursing. As a Registered Nurse (RN) and full-time employee at Home Care Assistance, Crystal oversees all client cases, ensuring the health, safety, and happiness of each one that we have the pleasure to serve. Crystal is completely dedicated to her clients and their families and works hard to promote our Balanced Care Method™ in all aspects of our business – ensuring client health in mind, body and spirit. Crystal loves that with Home Care Assistance she is able to spend the time that it takes getting to know our clients and to address their individual needs. Crystal also works closely with our caregivers in all aspects of their certified nursing assistant requirements, from making good client matches to ongoing training that assists them with achieving best practices and providing the highest quality of service to our clients.
Crystal developed her passion for home care while caring for her Mother-in-law throughout her battle with a terminal illness. She saw her family’s commitment to providing quality of life with dignity in dying, while in her own home and surrounded by loved ones. She understands from personal experience the challenges facing seniors with illnesses and the stress this puts on their loved ones and caregivers. Crystal’s passion to Change the Way the World Ages is evident in everything that she does, both personally and professionally.
