PROF. ALICE VEGA
Before coming on board at Home Care Assistance, she was the Business Development Director for important companies in the transportation industry. Alice has always made a decision to follow her passion in the helping fields by volunteering for many non-profit organizations that assist people with social related issues, including seniors wanting to stay independent in their homes. Alice remains connected to the community through her involvement in multiple chambers of trade and by serving on boards and in leadership positions. Alice is professionally and personally committed to healthy living and believes strongly in the Balanced Care Method™ that's the basis of Home Care Assistance's holistic approach to healthy aging. Alice has aging parents that are a great example of addressing mind, body and spirit through diet and maintaining an active lifestyle. Alice has a son, daughter-in-law and daughter and lives with her husband in Anne Arundel County. She enjoys walking, running, sports, reading, cooking and travel. .

DR. MINNIE COX
Minnie Cox is our Director of Nursing. As a Registered Nurse (RN) and full-time worker at Home Care Assistance, Minnie oversees all customer cases, ensuring the health, safety, and happiness of every one that we have the pleasure to serve. Minnie is completely devoted to her clients and their families and works hard to promote our Balanced Care Method™ in all parts of our company -- ensuring customer health in mind, body and soul. Minnie loves that with Home Care Assistance she can spend the time it takes getting to know our clients and to address their individual needs. Minnie also works closely with our professionals in all aspects of their certified nursing assistant demands, from creating good client matches to ongoing training that helps them with achieving best practices and providing the highest quality of service to our customers. Minnie developed her passion for home care when caring for her Mother-in-law throughout her battle with a terminal illness. She saw her family's commitment to providing quality of life with dignity in dying, while at her own home and surrounded by loved ones. She understands from personal experience the challenges facing seniors with illnesses and the stress this puts on their family members and caregivers. Minnie's enthusiasm to Change the Way the World Ages is evident in everything that she does, both professionally and personally.

Minnie lives in Anne Arundel County with her husband, two (almost) teenage sons, young daughter, two dogs, and a cat. She loves to bake, swim, and store!
